All products sold on Verdovent are thrifted / pre-owned items. Due to the nature of these pieces and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy. We strongly advise customers to carefully review:

* Complete description before placing an order.

In rare circumstances where a completely incorrect item is delivered or the product is severely damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video (without cuts, from start to finish) is mandatory to process any claim. Without valid video proof, no request will be accepted. If approved, Verdovent may offer:

* complete refund
* Replacement (if available)

Minor signs of wear are natural in thrifted clothing and should not be considered defects. Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen display differences. Verdovent reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the above conditions.
