Verdovent exclusively sells thrifted / pre-owned clothing. Each item is unique and available in limited quantity. Minor signs of wear are natural and should not be considered defects. All products are sold as-is.

All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Payments are securely processed through Cashfree Payments. Verdovent does not store full payment credentials. For international transactions, currency conversion rates and bank charges may apply as per your financial institution.

Verdovent reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

* Pricing errors
* Suspected fraudulent activity
* Stock unavailability If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All thrifted items are sold under a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy. Exceptions apply only in cases of completely incorrect item delivery, subject to valid unboxing video proof within 24 hours.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Verdovent is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
